Purpose of ball bearing
As per the engineering, Ball Bearing is a device which enables rotational or linear motion and reduces frictional and other stresses. By providing rotation to the device, it reduces the surface friction between its surface and the surface it’s rolling over.
To fulfil all these functions, ball bearings use a relatively simple structure. It consists of balls with smooth metal surfaces that aid in rolling. Basically, these balls are capable of carrying the weight of the load and the other forces of the load’s weight which provides rotary motion.
On specifying the two types of loads its radial and thrust that put force on the bearing.
