SK Gupta Trai Secretary pointed out that today 400 million people in India have good quality internet access, so the probability of more use of media content through the digital platform is very high.
The new 5G networks can deliver very large amounts of data short distances. It also expected to work in low spectrum frequencies such as 600 MHz as well as frequencies such as the 3.5 GHz spectrum.
